So after getting a few test games in I learned getting tied up sucks balls. So to counter that I'll be introducing something new.

  1. You should run the new Flamers... They are balls. I hope they are still jump infantry. I think they will lose Breath.

  2. New Flamers, keep breath,lose bolt, still jump infantry, 2 wounds 5++ save, slightly better stats, 12 pts cheaper. All in all a win for the flamers.

  3. The new Flamers (and Screamers) look awesome.

    I think 275 a pop for princes is a bit much - especially since you can only Vector Strike and use one other shooting attack (so Breath or Boon) without Master of Sorcery. Iron Hide has also always been (by conventional wisdom) wasted on a Tzeetch Prince.

    I am a fan of large Daemonette squads - I ran a unit of 18 yesterday (I used a herald for hit and run, I know that is not an option in this case) but they really strip hull points off vehicles and have large enough numbers to stick through a shooting phase.
